China is vintage and may include some wear marks, scuffs, or minor blemishes, which all add to the charm and character of the pieces.

Security deposit is collected to ensure proper care and returns of all Candoren china. Signed rental contract outlines specific terms of security deposit and product use.

Rental consultation fee of $30 is applied to order upon confirmation of event date. Total deposit of 50% due within 24 hours of order confirmation to hold pieces and reserve date / time of event. Any cancellations must be made in writing or by email. Non-refundable $50 fee for cancellations made 30 days or more before event. Cancellations of less than 30 days will result in loss of 50% deposit made to hold reservation.

All Candoren Vintage China is packed inside washable, quilted packing liners within clear, sturdy containers with lids. China must be rinsed after use (no scraping, soaking or scrubbing!) and put back into quilted liners for return to Candoren within 24 hours of event.

For orders of $200 or more, free delivery at least four (4) hours before event and free pickup within four (4) hours after event. Times confirmed in rental contract. Orders less than $200 require customer pickup / dropoff or will have quoted delivery fee based on mileage from Candoren.

Late returns will result in a $25 per hour fee charged to customer credit card or subtracted from security deposit.
