Second floor has four bedrooms and two full baths. Home rental sleeps 14 or 15 guests, with a total of six queen beds and two twin beds. Home features original fixtures with new mechanical systems, fully equipped kitchen, luxurious and comfortable furnishings, and top-quality bedding / linens. Event tables and chairs for 60 people, along with 1,200 piece vintage china collection. Free use of china, linens, crystal and flatware with house rental. Events for up to 49 guests (indoors) or larger outdoor events up to 125 guests can be coordinated with overnight rentals. Paid staff available for events along with catering as needed.
